These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BreathLock mobile application and website.

By using BreathLock, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

BreathLock is a focus and mindfulness tool designed to help users reduce distractions through breathing exercises and app-locking features.

The app should not be used as a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.

2. Subscriptions

BreathLock offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store and are managed by Apple.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

3. Free Trial

BreathLock may offer a free trial period for premium features.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app

• Use the app in ways that interfere with its functionality

• Circumvent the app’s intended features or protections

5. Availability

We strive to keep BreathLock available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features may change or be updated over time.

6. Limitation of Liability

BreathLock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to update or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
